Product Low Down:

  • Every single item in our hire range is waterproof so can be used both indoor and out.
  • Rooms or locations previously inaccessible for larger items of furniture can now be furnished, no need to worry about stairs, lifts or tight doorways.
  • Our sofas and DoNuts are made from robust UV-proof PVC with additional bottom vinyl protection. They are slash-proof and cigarette burn resistant.
  • Although inflatable our Sofas and DoNuts are secure, robust and sturdy, sofas weigh 22kg and DoNuts 30kg.
  • We are Health & Safety ready from PAT Tests to Public Liability, this documentation and more is available on request.

How We Do Delivery:

  • We’re based in Norwich and Manchester but provide our services for the whole of the UK. Delivery is calculated at cost and stays the same regardless of how many items you hire.
  • Air filled furniture means lower delivery costs for you – we can fit seating for 100 in one large transit van!
  • As part of our delivery service we set up/ inflate your hire pieces on site in your chosen location. Each item taking a matter of minutes, once the sofas and DoNuts are inflated there is no need to inflate again during their hire period.

How We Quote:

  • Not sure how much furniture you need or what you can fit on your space? Just give us your venue measurements and we will work it out for you.
  • Rather than charge a daily rate our standard hire period is quoted over 2 to 3 days to suit your event logistics, we work flexibly and can deliver and collect at times suited to you and your venue.
  • We are happy to discuss longer hire periods as well as dry hire trade terms when required.
  • Get in touch for a bespoke quote so we can calculate delivery for you.

How We Charge:

  • Our standard payment terms are 20% deposit to secure your furniture with the remaining balance due 2 weeks before the event. If your business has payment terms that conflict with this please advise so we can incorporate this in to a mutual agreement.
  • Payment by bank transfer is our preferred payment method although we can take payments over the phone or by paypal is required.
  • We do not currently charge VAT on our prices.

How We Deal With Damage:

  • During the period of hire, which starts as soon as the items are delivered, the customer is solely responsible for the hired goods.  
  • Ta Dah understand that our items may experience some temporary spoiling during the hire. Due to their robust nature this is not a problem and we appreciate that one of their main benefits is their ability to bounce back from and any spills and mishaps. The sofas are made of robust high grade PVC which is spill proof, slash proof, and cigarette burn proof however in the rare event that any irreparable damage occurs items must be replaced at cost value. In the case of damage this would not be actioned until we had attempted a repair ourselves and if this was not possible only then would we require a replacement to be made at cost. 
  • Ta Dah Furniture Hire does not provide any insurance cover.

How We Hold Your Data:

Ta Dah Furniture Hire will hold information from our prospective clients in order to prepare quotations and supply product and hire information as requested. This will include details of their name, address, email and contact number along with their specific furniture requirements and details of their upcoming event. The collection of this contact information would be via customer request via the website, email or telephone and may also be instigated in person during expos and exhibitions when we meet prospective clients.
Where services are provided and payment is requested no banking information is held on file and our preferred payment method is via bank transfer instigated by the payee. If payment information is taken over the phone then no banking information is stored after the payment process.
We may contact you again in the future to keep you up to date with our business and product range.

Manchester Town Hall

We hired four of Rachel’s inflatable Chesterfield’s for our wedding at Manchester Town Hall. We (and everyone else) loved them!

They were a huge talking point and super comfortable. Throughout the whole process, Rachel was just wonderful and suggested places we could see the sofas so that we could try before we committed. Completely professional, I’d recommend to anyone!

I’ve been to a fair amount of shows, as both an exhibitor for Ta Dah furniture hire and as a guest, so it’s excitement all round as the epic Event Production Show approaches on March 1st and 2nd. Co-located at Olympia London with International Confex, this is the Grand Daddy of event shows, for which Ta Dah is proud to be a show partner. Visitors will be able to enjoy the luxury inflatable seating experience in our networking area National Hall Gallery in the corner at the top of the stairs – just where the wine glass is on the map.
